Workshops

Investing in your people professionally can be rewarding in many ways, especially when it comes to lowering costs and increasing productivity. Today’s employees are balancing career and life responsibilities, and are looking to their employers to support them in doing both well. Soul Sync Wellness’s unique approach bridges the personal and professional development for your employees. We offer a variety of workshops to help your employees or members of your organization  improve their creativity, energy, innovation, teamwork, leadership, self-expression, confidence, fitness, health, and overall productivity and success. We believe that when people feel good about themselves, they do great things. Workshops are great way to engage in an activity or conversation in 60 or 90 minutes. “Stress no more” 10 strategies to say yes to stressing less (60 minute session)
 
During this interactive session, participants will identify what their stressors are right now, learn strategies to cope with these stressors, and develop an action plan to reduce their stress levels post the session. The session will offer exercises from one-three minutes such as breathing, meditation, stretches, mindfulness/mindset exercises, and more that will help with feeling refreshed and energized. Each participant will receive a guide with all 10 tips and strategies.

The Power of One-Time Management–This session is all about self-management. Participants will walk away with a plan of action for creating more time for wants and needs in their life, as well as a 30 day Power of One Challenge guide. It will also focus on prioritization and organization techniques for the busy professional. Maximizing time and energy is the focus of this method.

Healthy Body, Healthy Employee—This session will focus on balance and will address questions such as, do you take time for yourself to eat well, workout, spend time with your family/friends, and have leisure time? Or are you always looking for your smartphone or saying you have too much work to do? Each participant will ultimately answer the questions, “how healthy am I?” and “How can I be healthier?”

Cooking Healthy 101–This session will focus on tools, ingredients, and techniques in making healthy meals for you and your family. Recipes will also be provided to help and each participant will have a weekly menu planned when they leave. (A variation of this workshop could happen if have access to live cooking demonstration, to cook one recipe and have participants test samples and leave with a meal for the next day).

Fitting Fitness In at Work–This session will walk participants through exercises that will have significant impact on their health in less time. Exercises will be limited to 15 minutes or less. It’s all about the little things you can do during the day to add it in.

The Balance Factor…You–Participants will explore 5 areas: time management, stress management, health management, financial health and environment. Participants will determine which of the four areas needs the most energy and motivations strategies will be discussed to work towards achieving them.

Envisioning your Career and Leadership–This is the first of a two part series focused on creating positive vision statements for four areas as they relate to Career and Leadership. The diagnostic test will help determine which one of the four areas are most important to focus in first. The session will begin to also explore ways to begin moving towards achieving your vision.

Understanding and Empowering your Team—This session is ideal for supervisors new and seasoned. During this session, supervisors will have an opportunity to discuss empowerment as it relates to employee performance, motivation and innovation. Supervisors will then have an opportunity to set team goals and learn about strategies and activities that will help engage their team/staff.

Got Fooditude?—This session focuses on the current state of health in the US, foods and lifestyle approaches that cause poor health, the effects of sugar on health and energy, how to make better food choices at work and at home, how to improve lifestyle including exercise and relaxation, and ways to efficiently take actions towards achieving goals.
