Connie Kanella Aramento is currently the Coordinator of Major and a Mission Support Services at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA, and the CEO and founder of Soul Sync Wellness, LLC. Soul Sync Wellness, LLC focuses in helping people live happier, healthier, and stress free lives through coaching, retreat experiences, employee wellness, development programs, and public speaking workshops. Connie believes that we all have a mission and she helps people see, believe, love and begin walking their path towards achieving it. She holds certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as an Integrative Nutrition Coach, a B.A. in International Relations from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, and an M.S. in Educational Leadership and Student Development and Counseling from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT. As a licensed Fire Starter Facilitator, Certified Gallup Strengths finder coach, Intuitive life strategist, and 1 of 150 Visionaries for Project Positive Change; a global initiative to bring together change makers and share our wisdom with the world, Connie’s lifelong passion is to help driven people live their purposeful and healthy life in the most balanced way. She has been in higher education for 15 years and has spent the past 11 years leading the first year program at WPI, “Insight”, which holds a 96% first to second year student retention rate. Overall, Connie has coached more than 800 people (including students), presented numerous workshops focused in life success, leadership, positive psychology, mindfulness, have led leadership and employee health and wellness initiatives, and currently is co-teaching a course called “Finding your Mission” while you are in college, and making an impact in our world. Connie has spoken at conferences, expos, and just released her Soul Sync Wellness Core Workbook™ helping people re-sync from the inside out. She loves spending time with her husband John and two children Sophia and Michaelangelo in Holden, MA.
