Group Health Coaching
This program is ideal for a group of friends or a family who are looking to accomplish their health and wellness goals together at a lower cost. Support is always important while completing a program like this, and having that from friends and family is crucial and a great motivation. Similar to the one-on-one health coaching program, you will radically improve your overall health and happiness. There is a minimum of three participants and maximum of five for the group health coaching program.
During your three month program, you will:

- Increase energy
- Feel better in your body
- Improve personal relationships
Your Program includes...
- Two, 90-120 minute sessions per month (each member has a 20 minute one-on-one coaching meeting with me followed by a group session)
- Group seminars and classes covering a variety of health-related topics
- E-mail support between sessions
- Books, CDs, handouts and other materials
- Food samples and self-care products
- A monthly newsletter
- Access to a lending library of health and wellness books
Each group member will receive a free initial consultation to review health history and individual needs.
