Connie Kanella Aramento is a Certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2009, a licensed Desire Map Facilitator, a Visionary for Project Positive Change, and is often referred to as the “soul coach.” Connie also holds a BA in International Relations from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, and an MS in Higher Education and Counseling from Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT. As a wife and mother first, Connie’s lifelong passion is to help people achieve their self-worth, be healthy, have balance, and define and accomplish their dreams in life. Being first generation, Connie was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, where she grew up working and managing the family restaurant businesses. Her drive for health and wellness stems from her Mediterranean cuisine upbringing, and personal success in overcoming a variety of health issues at a very young age. With her intuitive nature, her love for food, sense of humor, and outgoing and energetic personality, Connie dedicates herself to the people she helps and ultimately guides them towards their true potential and life fulfillment. She has spent over 10 years working in higher education, has coached over 200 people, presented numerous workshops, keynotes, facilitated retreats, and has led health, wellness and professional development and leadership initiatives.
